No Explanation Necessary

The truth does not require an explanation; lies have details and people telling them wait anxiously to see if their victim will believe it. As little kids, we are told lies and taught to ignore them. If it isn't true it shouldn't bother us, right? But it does, worries about how we are perceived overwhelm our thoughts.

Possessing the truth should give us great strength-we only start to fall when we question the validity of our belief. Why must we be renewed? I believe it is the same answer as to why we must eat everyday. For if we choose not to, we will die. Possessing the truth is one thing, spreading it is another. The Bible shows us a parable of a farmer spreading seeds on the ground. He did not withhold based on how he 'perceived' his seed would be received. Neither did he wait to see, instead kept moving along.
The truth does not require an explanation.
